A number of key people including BOP Rugby specialist coaches will be there on the night to carry out the coaching sessions.
Following these sessions the girls will be put into teams and then play games to practice these new skills in an authentic context.
The idea is that any girl can turn up, get quality coaching, make new friends and of course get to play rugby with other keen girls. Just turn up with training gear and a mouth guard.
There is also a one day primary school 10-a-side girls' tournament on Friday August 19 also at Gordon Spratt Reserve.
