Fatal Crash between a Holden Astra and a Library Bus on Welcome Bay Road.
The teen killed in a crash in Welcome Bay yesterday has been named as 19-year-old Karanbir Singh.
Mr Singh was a passenger of a Holden car which collided with a mobile library bus on Welcome Bay Rd, Waitao, at 9.05am yesterday.
Police said today Mr Singh was a
student of Welcome Bay.
Police would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the crash or seen the red Holden Astra prior to the incident and who have not yet been spoken to by police.

Police said their enquiries were continuing.
