A builder is dead after a work van careened into him and pinned him to the ground.
The man, believed to be in his 50s, died at the scene.
Other construction workers in the Bethlehem area initially helped with first aid before St John ambulance officers arrived.
Paramedics could be seen attempting to resuscitate the man inside an ambulance, parked in the middle of the Castlewold Drive.
Traffic was turned away as police cordoned off the scene.
Police are working to formally identify the man and notify his family.
Senior Sergeant Wayne Lambert said the van rolled down from a steep driveway directly across the road from where the man was working.
"Two of the men managed to get out of the way but the third one didn't."
Mr Lambert said it was understood the van was the man's work van.
The construction workers were being comforted in a neighbouring house.
