Police are investigating a video involving a group of young people fighting at Bayfair Shopping Centre.
The video show two young males in a fist fight, surrounded by a group of up to 20 people.
Western Bay of Plenty police area commander Inspector Clifford Paxton said police were called toan incident of disorder at Bayfair on Sunday but when officers arrived, the people involved had dispersed to different areas of the car park.
Mr Paxton said police were investigating the incident and there were several leads police were following.
