Bay of Plenty farmers will be among the glitz and glam of the Ballance Farm Environment Awards held in Tauranga tonight.
The awards aim to recognise farmers who pursue good environmental practices and the winners represent the cream of those farming sustainably in the Bay region.

Last year Tauranga dairy farmers Dennis, Judith and Gordon McFetridge were named the Supreme Winners of the 2013 Bay of Plenty Ballance Farm Environment Awards (BFEA).
