A Tauranga cheerleader is the first from the Bay of Plenty to be selected to compete at the World Championships in Florida in April.
Member of the Bay Twisters Anna Grigson, 13, will compete in the Perth based Toxic Cheer Weapons Team.
Anna was selected six weeks out from
the World Championships and will be one of the youngest competitors.
She is travelling to Perth on April 4, where she will undertake training before she goes to the USA.
