The Tapp family whose three-year-old son Ezra drowned last week have spoken out via the police today.
"The Tapp family wish to thank everyone who has continued to support us as we grieve for our beautiful Ezra.
"This is the worst possible tragedy for us but we are thankful for the many kind words and the help we have received from the community as we struggle to come to terms with losing our much loved "Ezee-bear".
"We continue to ask for privacy so that we can grieve as a family and ask that media please respect that we do not wish to make any further comment at this time."
