Daylight saving begins this week and for many people, it signals the start of warmer weather.
On Sunday, September 30, daylight saving will begin, when 2am becomes 3am.
Clocks will go forward one hour so people will get one less hour sleep.
The extra hour of daylight in the evenings will end on Sunday April 7 when clocks go back an hour at 3am to 2am.
