Tauranga will host the 254th Nitro Circus event this weekend with over 11,500 tickets sold for the event.
The global phenomenon has sold over three million tickets across 26 countries with the highly anticipated 2017 New Zealand tour aiming to smash records.
Twenty five athletes make up the international star-studdedline-up which boasts local New Zealand talent including BMX rider Jed "The Warrior" Mildon, and Levi Sherwood and Nick Franklin on FMX.
Those who pile into Baypark will see a host of outrageous new contraptions take flight off Nitro Circus' live 40-foot gigantic ramp such as trikes, a tall bike, a kayak, a whiskey barrel and more.
The exciting new additions will ensure jaw-dropping stunts never seen before in New Zealand, with the daredevils also opening the door for more mayhem and possible mishaps.
Named number 22 on Forbes magazine's 2015 list of, America's Most Promising Companies, Nitro Circus continues to position itself as the world's leading youth action sports and entertainment brand.
From humble beginnings in 2003 - with Jeremy Rawle, Gregg Godfrey and soon to be action sports superstar Travis Pastrana producing DVDs from a Utah garage to a smash TV series which has aired in over 60 countries, Nitro Circus has exploded to global popularity.
