Three Tauranga Fashion finalists

Three Tauranga teens have made it as finalists in the 2011 Bernina Young Fashion Awards, the country's premier competition for aspiring fashion designers.

Creations by Otumoetai College student Emily Judd, Katikati College student Hollee Fisher and Freya O'Sullivan from Tauranga Girls' College were selected from 450 entries nationwide.

Bernina New Zealand will be announcing the winners in each category on October 5, with each winner taking home a new sewing machine and their school receiving $500-$1000 worth of Bernina products.
