Celebrating its 10th anniversary, The Winery Tour kicks off its season at the Wharepai Domain tomorrow night.

Returning with an all star line-up featuring two of New Zealand's most successful artists, Brooke Fraser and Bic Runga, they are joined by Benny Tipene, when they open the tour here, before heading to 11 other venues throughout the country.

Fraser and Runga have each won the APRA silver scroll for Song of the Year, been awarded a total of 32 NZ music awards between them, and have combined catalogue sales of more than 650,000 albums in NZ alone, including 21 top 40 singles.

Their songs are woven into the fabric of New Zealand life and include hits: Something in the Water, Sway, Better, Drive, Arithmetic, Something Good, Shadowfeet, Get Some Sleep, and Deciphering Me.

Los Angeles-based Fraser has returned home to headline the tour, and will be performing her new single Therapy as well as her other hits.

Having played on the very first Winery Tour back in 2007, Bic Runga returns and will be celebrating her induction into the New Zealand Music Hall of Fame. "I'm excited to rejoin the Winery Tour family, to hit the road again and to play all my songs and some of my favourite covers in the most spectacular venues," she says.

Opening the show will be Winery Tour newcomer Benny Tipene. He already has four hits from his debut album Bricks including the No 1 platinum single Walking on Water and top 10 gold single Lonely. Tipene is busy completing his second album in time for the Winery Tour, an album which will include his brand new single Where Love Comes From.
