Crowds can expect 30,000 feet worth of jaw-dropping, air-borne craziness when Nitro Circus pulls up in the city this month.
The star-studded line-up features 25 daredevils who are international superstars thanks to their basejumping, bike riding, skateboarding, motocross shenanigans.
The names of Travis Pastrana, Ryan Williams, Aaron Fotheringham, Josh Sheehan,Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins Pastrana, Erik Roner, Bruce Cook and Dusty Wygle are known to world audiences and they are joined by Kiwi stars BMX rider Jed 'The Warrior' Mildon and FMXers Levi Sherwood and Nick Franklin.
The New Zealand tour features 10 brand new stunts, keeping the crowd on the edge of their seats throughout the show. A host of outrageous new contraptions are taking flight off the 40-foot Giganta Ramp including trikes, a tall bike, a kayak and a whiskey barrel.
Twelves semi-trailers packed with gear is needed to stage the circus spectacular, and two ambulances are put on standby for every show.
