4 cloves garlic, crushed
600g minced chicken
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon each: ground cumin, coriander
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup each: chopped parsley, chives
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 cup sour cream
