The couple took the philosophy of TCC as "the place where we meet", listened to their customers and used innovative approaches to build a loyal customer base, resulting in the highest VIP membership across TCC.

Ivy Joe told the Bay of Plenty Times that Coffee Club Bethlehem's consistent awards success was a result of three key factors.
"The main thing is you have to follow the system," she said. "You have to be passionate about what you are doing. And the third thing is the people, customers and staff. We have such a great team and they all work hard together for the business."
