The Leeds Rhinos, which have been home to some of New Zealand's greatest league stars, are "homeless" after the devastating floods in the UK.
"We've lost Kirkstall [the complex] to flooding, so both Rhinos and Carnegie [Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Club] are homeless," Hetherington said.
Club chief executive Gary Hetherington described the flooding in the northern England city as a "catastrophe".
It is feared the Leeds Rhinos' playing fields, gym, meeting rooms and medical facilities have been damaged beyond repair.
