The Festival of Cultures is on tomorrow - come rain or shine.
The event that attracted 4000 people last year is in Wanganui's Majestic Square if the weather gods are kind and the War Memorial Centre if they aren't.
Mainstreet marketing manager Elise Goodge said it was important people knew that it would be on no matter what the weather.
This year the entertainment will include ethnic music band Klezmer Rebs, Pacific dance company Mbrace and an Indonesian group from Palmerston North who will both perform and have a food stall. Te Wananga O Aotearoa will also demonstrate weaving techniques.
The food stalls include Korean, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Filipino, South African and Mediterranean dishes, and more than 20 will be dotted around the venue while on stage about the same number of bands, dancers and singers will keep people happy.
