Dotcom's co-accused Finn Batato also features in the movie, driving one of the three Mercedes-Benz AMG cars shipped from New Zealand for the race.
The movie shows the three men racing around of the 21km track, with Dotcom edging ahead of the F1 star at the finish line.
Dotcom said the cars reached 320km/h along the straight on the track, which he knew in detail from playing games including Need For Speed and Gran Turismo.
Dotcom said Raikkonen was amazed he knew the track so well. But he had driven it countless times in games before encountering it in real life, and "I knew every corner of the track".
Dotcom shipped the three cars competing in the race from New Zealand. Raikkonen drove one bearing the licence plate "GOOD", Batato drove "AND" and Dotcom was in "EVIL".
Filming was done by more than 100 people with 30 cameras. Two helicopters and a fixed-wing plane were also used.
It was set to a song, Take Me Away, produced by Dotcom and friend Printz Board, producer for the Black Eyed Peas.
Dotcom said the movie uploaded to YouTube was not the finished version.
"The final edit was seized by the FBI during the Megaupload raid. It will be uploaded as soon as it returns ... if ever."
Dotcom said he was the "biggest fan" of Raikkonen, the 2007 F1 world champion, and making the movie was "one of the big dreams on my list".
"A lot of time and love went into the creation of this. It's special to me."
The future of computer files held by users of Megaupload will be resolved in a United States court hearing today.
The company owning the computer-ware holding the files asked the court for a ruling about the future of the information.
The FBI has said it has the evidence it wants and doesn't mind the files being deleted, but Dotcom's lawyers say this would destroy evidence that would prove their client innocent.
