No.48 District of Stratford Squadron were out in force at the aerodrome on Sunday, May 17 for flight experience with the Stratford Aero Club. While the weather looked dodgy early in the morning it cleared up during the day. 16 cadets were given the opportunity to take control of the aircraft they were flying as the club instructors Brian Marr, Shaun Richmond and chief flying instructor (CFI) Wayne Richmond were operating.
The day was a great success and ended with the cadets answering some questions to put themselves in the running for a flight in the club's Mustang.
Ryan King was the lucky Cadet with CFI Wayne Richmond.
