Nebulite Taranaki Flyers Stratford have had three swimmers qualify for the New Zealand division two age group competition.
The four-day competition was held in Hamilton and the three girls - Brooke Millar, Baillee Drummond, and Emma Paton - successfully represented Taranaki and their club gaining medals, high rankings, personal best times and national age group qualifying times.
Baillee Drummond (13) won gold in the 800m freestyle, silver in the 400m freestyle, and bronze in the 200m freestyle, with all three being national age-group qualifying times. She was also placed fourth in the 200m backstroke and sixth for the 200m breaststroke.
Brooke Millar (14) won gold in the 800m freestyle and 400m freestyle with a national age-group qualifying time for the 400m. She also achieved silver in the 200m freestyle, fourth in the 400m medley, and eighth in the 100m freestyle. As a member of the Taranaki Girls relay team Brooke won a further gold medal.
Emma Paton (15) achieved personal best times in the 100m freestyle and 50m freestyle. She improved her rankings to thirteenth and fourteenth.
