A former world number one stands in the way of qualifier Marina Erakovic reaching the third round at Wimbledon overnight.

Erakovic plays Serbian Jelena Jankovic, who won their only previous encounter at the 2008 French Open.

Erakovic believes she will have her chances.

She says Jankovic is a solid player who likes to dictate with her backhand, but it's not as easy for her on the grass.

Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer return for their second round matches while 30 first round encounters are still to be completed but with plenty of rain in the forecast.
