The Euro 2016 Round of 16 has been decided and here's how the teams match-up in the next round in France.

Switzerland v Poland - Sunday, 1am

Switzerland finished second of Group A with just one win, along with two draws. Poland finished level with Germany on seven points on Group C. It is the first time either nation has have advanced out of the group phase at the Euros.

Winner will play: Either Croatia or Portugal.

Wales v Northern Ireland - Sunday, 4am

A huge clash between the two smaller nations of Great Britain. Wales have looked in sublime form led by Gareth Bale while Northern Ireland just made it into the Round of 16 as the last entry.

Winner will play: Either Hungary or Belgium

Croatia v Portugal - Sunday, 7am

Real Madrid teammates Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo do battle. The two teams met at Euro 96 with Portugal winning 3-0. Portugal are looking to reach the quarters for a fifth straight time while Croatia last made the final eight in 2008.

Winner will play: Either Switzerland or Poland.

France v Ireland - Monday, 1am

It's seven years too late but Ireland finally have their much-wanted rematch against France following the Thierry Henry handball in the 2010 World Cup qualifier. The winner could face England which would be a great match-up either way.

Winner will play: Either England or Iceland

Germany v Slovakia - Monday, 4am

The World Champions will be hot favourites to advance against a Slovakian side who are playing in their first ever Euros. That would set up either Germany v Spain (rematch of 2008 final) or Germany v Italy (rematch of the 2012 semi) in the next round.

Winner will play: Either Italy or Spain

Hungary v Belgium - Monday, 7am

An intriguing match-up with Hungary finishing top of group F and Belgium heading into the tournament as dark-horses before losing the opening game to Italy. Since that defeat they bounced back with two wins. Hungary will have plenty of confidence following their 3-3 draw with Portugal.

Winner will play: Either Wales or Northern Ireland

Italy v Spain - Tuesday, 4am

The match of the Round of 16. A rematch of the 2012 final win 4-0 by Spain.

Winner will play: Either Germany or Slovakia

England v Iceland - Tuesday, 7am

Iceland won't be easy-beats after producing impressive performances to finish second in group F. England fans will expect a win over the smallest nation at the tournament but with their strikers struggling and Iceland producing solid defence, it wouldn't be crazy if England failed to advance.

Winner will play: Either France or Rep of Ireland
