All Blacks sevens star Sonny Bill Williams has called on Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson to come and join the injury-ravaged side.
On Twitter, Sonny Bill asked Johnson if he "was keen for a run?"
Johnson, who is 43-years-old, replied shortly after saying he was keen to give it a crack, but wasn't sure how long he would last out there on the field.
Earlier this month the former professional wrestler said that rugby is the toughest sport he's ever played.
"I played rugby as a kid when I lived in New Zealand. Toughest sport I've ever done. #Respect."
Johnson, who is of both Nova Scotian and Samoan decent, briefly lived in the suburb of Grey Lynn in Auckland with his mother's side of the family, attending Richmond Road Primary School before returning back to the U.S with his parents.
He has not returned to NZ since his school years, but he's still a huge All Blacks supporter. During the Rugby World Cup, he tweeted his support to the team as they began their quest for back-to-back Rugby World Cup wins.
