A Lotto player from Tokoroa will be grinning from ear to ear after winning $500,000 with Lotto First Division in last night's live draw.
The winning ticket was sold at Balmoral Four Square in Tokoroa.
Powerball was not struck and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $12 million.
Meanwhile, Strike Four was won by a player in Whakatane, who takes home $100,000. The winning Strike ticket was sold at Pak N Save Whakatane.
Another $500,000 first divison ticket was also sold in Auckland.
