Do problems with traffic lights at Westend affect you?

It's hard to come out of Malfroy and on to Old Taupo Rd because the lights change so quick. It feels like it changes after three cars.

The problem is people don't know what to do when they are broken. Also, quite often there are older kids that run across and little kids see that and copy.

Even when they are working they are too quick and don't let enough cars through. With only three to four cars going through it doesn't get the traffic moving enough.
