A South Waikato businessman has gone on trial in the Rotorua District Court charged with indecently assaulting two women.
The man, who is in his 60s, has pleaded not guilty to three charges of indecent assault and one charge of doing an indecent act between January 2010 and June 2011.
Judge Phillip Cooper has suppressed the man's name at least until the end of the trial which is expected to finish tomorrow. .
