A man allegedly seen using his phone to get intimate pictures of customers in a popular west Auckland mall is being spoken to by police.
It is alleged the man returned to the same store over two days to film.
West Auckland police appealed to the public to help identify the mystery man with distinctive tattoos on both arms who was spotted filming on the sly in a major department store at WestCity Waitakere in Henderson last week.
They say the man was seen by security staff last Thursday taking intimate recordings of people using his cellphone.
He returned to the same store two days later where he was spotted recording again.
The Herald can confirm the man is currently speaking with police.
Charges are yet to be laid.
