Emergency services have responded to a crash in Hamurana, northeast of Rotorua, that has left one person seriously injured.
A Rotorua District Command Centre spokesman said he believed the crash involved a car and motorcycle on Oturoa Rd.
He said one person has been seriously injured, but did not know the extent of their injuries.
Police, ambulance and fire crews are currently at the scene.
