It's soon to be lights, camera, action - with casting directors scouring Hawke's Bay for talent to appear in a film shooting in the region next year.
At the weekend auditions were held for extras, and speaking roles in the upcoming comedy film Pam's Petting Zoo and Private Investigation Agency.
The film stars a host of Kiwi talent, including Outrageous Fortune's Robyn Malcolm, Rima Te Wiata of Hunt for the Wilderpeople, and Cohen Holloway from Thor Ragnarok, and What we do in the Shadows.
Locals turned out for the auditions, held in Havelock North on Friday, Napier on Saturday, and Hastings yesterday.
