Album review: Natalia Kills, Trouble

By Paula Yeoman

Add a comment protege Natalia Kills seemingly popped out of nowhere with her cracking single Saturday Night, which she has now followed up with the album Trouble.

It is, however, her second offering and one that any decent pop aficionado should pay attention to. Kills' main schtick is darker pop - think part Lady Gaga, part Lana Del Rey and part Gwen Stefani. She is her most sinister on the songs Problem, Controversy and Rabbit Hole.

Stars: 3.5/5
