KEY POINTS:
Failed finance company chairman Bruce Davidson and non-executive directors Gary Urwin and Peter Steigrad briefly appeared in the
Auckland District Court this morning.
The trio face criminal charges in relation to the failure of finance company Bridgecorp.
Meanwhile executive directors Rod Petricevic and Robert Roest had
their hearing delayed until April.
Petricevic and Roest were due in Auckland District Court today for a depositions hearing on charges under the Securities Act and the Companies Act.
The charges allege the pair signed a false prospectus and made an untrue statement in an advertisement.
Bridgecorp collapsed in 2007 owing 14,500 investors almost $460 million.
