Boon, Alexander and Davendar Singh won their singles games, so again the winner would be found in the Fourball.
Boon and Pope won 1up, while Amon and Alexander took out their game 3-2.
"Having been narrowly beaten in last year's final this was a very satisfying win for the club, and the players were well supported by club members who also caddied for the day," said Pope.
"It took 100 years for the Waverley Golf Club to win its first men's pennant title and now four years on we have won our second title.
"The club recently lost a true gentlemen, club member Keith Nixon, we really wanted to win this for Keith."
