Regional relay team selections announced

The Whanganui team selections to enter the Regional Relays on June 19 in Rotorua, being held in conjunction with the NZ Secondary Schools, has been announced.

This includes the reserves, who will be travelling because they are running at the NZSS cross country, being held at the same venue.

The final team for the senior events will be announced on June 9. All potential athletes have been listed.

Senior Boys: Christian Conder (WCS), Hogan Louis (WHS), Oliver O'Leary (WCS), Ryan Gray (WHS), Thomas Conder (WCS), Flynn Hogan (WHS), Ethan Gillespie (WCS).

Senior Girls: Jane Lennox (WCS), Alice Bird (WCS), Jazmin Phillips (WCS), Georgina Wallace (Nga Tawa), Grace Godfrey (WCS), Megan Mackay (WCS), Brittney Matthews (WCS).

Junior Boys: Jack Gay (WCS), Bayler Travis (WHS), Sam Luff (WHS), Jacob Carlyon (Rangitikei), Max Crowley (WCS).
