First six races at Hatrick all about the pace

IT'S all about sheer pace for the first six races at Hatrick this evening.

The straight out speed merchants will be contesting six heats for next Friday's $7000 New Zealand Racing Series Sprint final.

It will be the six heat winners, along with the fastest two second place-getters who will earn the right to contest that final.

In the opener, Winning Is Easy has drawn out in the eight-trap from where last week's 305m winner has drawn to swoop.

Drawing inside her is the strong finishing Call Me Ralph.

Heat two presents an intriguing clash where sprinters like Tongariro, Why Oh Why, Allegro Class and Bigtime Pulse all hold qualifying claims.

The third heat is likely to see the proven open class graded-sprinters Allegro Chaser and Sweet As Bro vying for the top podium position.
