The "Bigtime" production line rolls relentlessly along with Lisa Cole's Palmerston North-based kennels churning out 15 winners during the Monday and Wednesday meetings.

The kennel was required to salute judge Jack Cooper nine times at the Palmerston North Monday meeting, and on a further six occasions at Hatrick on Wednesday.

The current spate of winners saw Cole sitting on 572 winners on the national trainers' premiership table after Wednesday's racing - a staggering 119 wins clear of the perennial premiership winner John McInerney.

The stake money continues to freely flow into the kennel with their tally at the commencement of yesterday's racing sitting at a very healthy $1,116,759.

"We had a number of quality brood bitches retired from racing in our kennels," explained Cole's husband Brendon Cole.

"It has got a lot harder to buy top class greyhounds from Australia so we decided, along with kennel client Craig Rendle, to breed from those bitches.

"What you are seeing now is the result of our breeding program.

"We have continued on with the breeding and we have numerous pups at home right from recent whelps to dogs who we are currently breaking in,"

That brings us onto this evening's Hatrick meeting where again there's a fair sprinkling of "Bigtime" greyhounds, along with others from the kennel holding strong winning claims.

Here's a look at some of them.

Bigtime Jess and the downgrading Thunderation hold distinct claims in the Race 2, 305m dash.

Bigtime McDaddy and See Eye Aye book-end the Race 3, 520m event.

The Hatrick 305m track record holder Allegro Gun is chasing after his 17th track win in the Race 4 open class, 305m sprint.

Bigtime Ellie has drawn the ace trap for this dash.

The fifth race sees Bigtime Basher and Bigtime Sweetie lining up over 520m.

Move onto Race 8 where Bigtime Doug can feature over 305m, as can Bigtime Thinker in the ninth.

Cole totally dominates the Race 10 open class, 520m event, having seven of the drawn runners.

Bigtime Jason, Timma Turtle and Spare Some Time loom as the leading prospects.

Bigtime Break has drawn to feature in Race 11, as has Bigtime Opal in the last.

The Arch Lawrence-bred, trained and co-owned Cambridge stayer stalked the pacemaker until the home turn where she took control to cut clear for her emphatic 3.25 length win, clocking 45.02s.
