It's taken a few weeks, but the Steelform Wanganui rugby team finally got to share their Pink Batts Heartland Championship success at the 2015 Christmas Parade down Victoria Ave on Saturday afternoon.
The majority of the team were there on the truck with captain PeterRowe clutching the Meads Cup - which was back in town for the first time since 2012. But if Wanganui fans think this was their last chance to show appreciation to the team, they are wrong.
The amazing try by winger Samu Kubunavanua is one of 15 contenders for the Sky Fans Try of the Year at the 2015 Steinlager Rugby Awards on December 11.
Set up by winger Michael Nabuliwaqe, second-five Poasa Waqanibau and centre Trinity Spooner-Neera, Kubunavanua's 105m team try exploded all over social media.
It is up against some stiff competition, from women's NPC rugby through to the All Blacks tries at the Rugby World Cup from Julian Savea, Ma'a Nonu and expat Wanganui player Waisake Naholo.
