Beautiful Whanganui gardens will be open to visitors for the 2018 Anniversary Amble.

Eleven of Whanganui's finest summer gardens will feature in this weekend's Anniversary Amble.

Organised by the Whanganui branch of Arthritis New Zealand, the annual garden tour is part of Vintage Weekend and takes place from 10am to 4pm on Monday.

Folk music duo crank up Caboodle in Whanganui

As well as enjoying the gardens, there will be stalls, raffles and refreshments on offer for visitors.

Tickets cost $15 and are available from the Whanganui i-Site, St Johns Pharmacy, Mitre 10 Mega and all Whanganui garden centres. Details of the gardens are included with the ticket. Proceeds go to Arthritis New Zealand's Whanganui branch.
