Stephen Walker

Four search teams are scouring farmland and bush in the wider Apiti area for missing Bulls man Stephen Walker, and another three teams are soon to join the search.

Mr Walker is the 25-year-old brother of Pete and Andy Walker, the building brothers who shot to fame in television show The Block NZ.

Approximately 30 police and LandSAR staff from Wanganui, Palmerston North and Levin, and two SAR dogs are involved in the search.

Sergeant Andy Brooke, officer in charge of the search said: Today we are re-searching and expanding our search area with the goal of finding Stephen or any signs of where he may be.

Mr Walker is described as being of European descent, 60 tall, medium build with short brown hair. He was last seen at his home near Bulls on May 14, wearing a green Swanndri, a green hoodie, track pants and gumboots.

Anyone with information can contact the police on 06 351 3600.
