It is free to join in the challenge, which is open to 20 whanau teams of four participants.
There must be at least one adult in each team, and team members must be over age 7.
It is run by Nga Tai o Te Awa in collaboration with Health Families Whanganui, Rangitikei, Ruapehu, at Te Oranganui Iwi Health Authority.
It will be held on Sunday, March 6, from 10am to 2pm.
Yeah Hard is a social media campaign for the wider Whanganui region, which encompasses a number of events and activities based around positive lifestyle choices such as the Yeah Hard 30-Second Ad Competition and Political Forum.
