Police are looking for 19-year-old Matthew McRae who is wanted for arrest.
McRae is believed to be in the Masterton area but has links throughout the Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Central Districts.
McRae has distinctive tattoos on his face and neck. He has a criminal history of violent and vehiclerelated offending, so he should not be approached.
