The Ministry of Health reported 105 new community cases of Covid-19 in the Whanganui region. Photo / Bevan Conley

The Ministry of Health reported 105 new community cases of Covid-19 in the Whanganui region today .

The ministry also reported there were three people in Whanganui Hospital with Covid-19.

Nationally, the ministry reported 9843 new community cases of Covid-19.

Of those cases, 421 people were in hospital.

The ministry also reported that eight more people had died with Covid-19.
