Whanganui's prodigal son Henry Newrick will share tales of his adventurous life at Jane Winstone Retirement Village this week.

Newrick, founder of the National Business Review, treasure hunter, author and publisher among other things will deliver his Confessions of an Entrepreneur speech on Friday.

The talk has been organised by the U3A (University of the Third Age) Whanganui group, and convener Vicki Milliken says everyone is welcome but they must register their interest beforehand.

"Afternoon tea will be served so numbers are needed for catering."

"Henry will also have copies of the book From the Sea to the Mountain available."
