Champion boxer Joseph Parker arrives for 4-day Whanganui visit. Video Stuart munro

Joseph Parker made one last visit to fans at a Whanganui boxing gym before going out into the bush for some hunting.

Parker's final visit with fans was at the Awa Kings boxing gym where he talked with fans and signed more autographs on Thursday evening.

At 8pm that evening Parker and his entourage then travelled to a hunting lodge before spending all of Friday and most of today hunting. They will be hunting pigs, deer and goats.

Parker will enjoy a river boat trip later today and tomorrow he'll go to church. He's expected to fly back to Auckland at 4pm tomorrow.
