Gull sign goes up at Gonville Service Station

Gonville Service Station co-owner Jill Mooney says: "We're not ready to announce what's happening yet."

Work continues at the Gonville Service Station - but there's no word yet on when it might re-open.

The service station, on the corner of Carlton Ave and Heads Rd, has been unused for more than a decade. There have been signs of life at the service station for the past couple of months.

Co-owner Jill Mooney said work was happening at the site, and Gull signage has been erected, but she can't say when the service station would reopen.

"We're not ready to announce what's happening yet," she said.
