Jaevina Elizabeth Hopkins admitted driving with excess breath alcohol in Whanganui District Court last week.
She was found to have 640mcg of alcohol in her breath when driving on May 9, and pleaded guilty to a single charge. The legal limit for adults is 250mcg.
Hopkins' last similar charge was in 2009 and on this occasion told police she had two wines after work.
She will be sentenced on June 12.
