The Ranfurly Shield will be on display this Saturday as part of the traditional pre-game 'Mooloo Parade' through the middle of Hamilton ahead of the Waikato vs Hawke's Bay Ranfurly Shield challenge.

The Mooloo Parade is scheduled to start at 12.00pm on Knox Street and will travel all the way along Anglesea Street to Willoughby Park (next to Waikato Stadium).

The parade will feature several floats from Waikato Rugby Union sponsors and will be led by Waikato's two outstanding junior teams of 2012 - the Waikato Roller Mills Under 13 team and the Waikato Under 16 team.

The conclusion of the parade will be outside Gate 1 of Waikato Stadium where people can buy their tickets to watch the match.

Rugby kicks off at the stadium at 2.00pm with Waikato Under 21s vs Canterbury Under 21s and then Parliamentarians vs Celebrities at 3.40pm, before the Ranfurly Shield game at 5.35pm.
