Few listings, high prices in Hamilton

The seasonally adjusted asking price of homes rose again to a new high of $429,865 up 1 per cent for the month and up 3 per cent as compared to a year ago according to the New Zealand Property Report.

New record high asking prices were recorded in both Canterbury and the Waikato.
