One dead in Waikato crash

One person has died and three people were hurt in a crash on Gordonton Rd last night.

Police said emergency services were alerted at 11.50pm to a vehicle that rolled between Peach and Whitikahu Rds.

The person died at the scene.

Three others were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The road was closed and was due to reopen earlier this morning.
