For Rototuna Suburbs Premier it was an increasingly good performance every quarter. They made it hard work for themselves due to numerous unforced errors in first half.

Sarah Hayman at goal shoot and Lucy Gunn at goal keep coming on at half time continued the pressure and momentum. For the team a win was never in doubt.

For FTNC Premier there was some great dynamics in the shooting circle with Grace Namana at goal shoot and Katie Damsteegt at goal attack both putting some great shots up.

The defensive end was solid with Candyce Edwards at goal keep in the first half and Mary Pepperell at goal defence most of the game punishing the Rototuna Suburbs Premier shooters at every opportunity.

Georgina Speedy at wing defence had an impressive and strong game.

Uni Premier again at a dominant showing, this time against an experienced Verdettes Marist Old Girls team. Uni Premier led from start to finish, ahead at half time by 41 goals to 14 and winning the game 76 goals to 32.

The Uni Premier team were fast and sharp in their movements and they put some big balls into their tall shooter.

At the opposite end the tall defensive combinations made life difficult for the Marist Old Girls shooters. Verdettes Marist Old Girls team were more deliberate and slower through the court needing to work the ball around to get it through the tight mid court defensive.

Verdettes Marist Premier took away their first win in their game against New World Rototuna Suburbs Premier Reserves. Verdettes Marist Premier led from start to finish but gained their most momentum in the first half with the third quarter a draw and the final quarter only one goal the difference.

The final score was 51 goals to 35. The first quarter was very even but in the second quarter Rototuna Suburbs Premier Reserve were starved of goals.

Both teams contested everything but the Marist Premier team were more prominent and confident in their phases of play. For Rototuna Suburbs Premier Reserve Amanda Jacobs at goal keep played a good game always look for opportunities to steal the ball and in the second half Sonya Noble at goal shoot was on point and a welcome return to the team.
