This year's Women's Lifestyle Expo at Claudelands Showgrounds on May 19 and 20 not only has a massive two hundred companies involved, but it also has a free demonstration zone with entertainment for visitors.
Italian cuisine expert Virginia Iovine-Turner will be featuring daily in the demo zone sharing a fewtricks of the trade and teaching visitors how to 'Impress your guests with easy canapés'. Virginia set up her company Cucina Amore several years ago as a home business so she could stay close to her children and went from strength to strength, appearing several times on TV's Good Morning programme. She will also be promoting her Italian cooking classes and culinary products at the expo.
Local style guru, Pensy, from Confidence & Style will hold a daily style workshop on 'Winter trends for your body shape' presenting different clothes and giving tips on how to wear the different trends according to different body shapes. Pensy has a lot of experience showing women how to be more confident in themselves by learning how to maximize their look through the right appearance. If you are feeling lost or just frustrated with your wardrobe come attend Pensy's free workshop at the Expo for some fresh ideas.
A popular demonstration will be 'The Kitchen Beauty Spa' from Penny, the director of the NZ Skin Care Co makers of the popular geoskincare organic skincare range. Penny will teach expo visitors how to pamper their skin with natural ingredients from the pantry. Her philosophy is a company committed to supporting a desire for a healthier, stronger body and skin. Their products are made in New Zealand by a team which is passionate about creating organic skincare products that work with skincare products being healthy, not harmful.
Other activity in the demonstration zone includes fitness, beauty and fashion demonstrations. One visitor to the expo could also win an amazing $70,000 Belle Lifestyle Prize which includes a new Suzuki Splash.
