Dawn Shakers Club, the Waikato's newest Toastmasters group and the 43rd in New Zealand's morning clubs, celebrated its charter dinner this month when national leaders attended and presented the charter.
Murray Coutts, national governor of training, encouraged participation in Toastmasters to give effectiveness to communication and leadership.
The new club meets at 7am on Tuesdays at the Methodist Centre Conference Room, 62 London St, Hamilton.
